Water
Babies: This course is for infant’s ages 6 months up. The
parent must be in the water with their child and the instructor.
Touches and praises from the parent are essential in the
development of confidence while adjusting to being in the water.
In this course basic water safety skills are taught to the parent
to show techniques on how to help orient their child to the water
and to supervise water activities in a safe manner.

Non-Swimmer: This course is for both children and adults who
do not know how to swim. Basic water safety skills are taught in
every class. Most non-swimmers become acclimated to the water and
gain self-confidence while being in a large body of water.

Learn to
Swim Courses: There are seven levels of the Learn to Swim
Courses. Each student will be evaluated on the first lesson to
determine the goal. This course is open to both children and
adults who have a desire to learn to swim.

Swim Team
Stroke Coaching: This course is designed to concentrate on
fine-tuning all stokes. This course is also available to adults
who need help in developing endurance while swimming long
distances (cross-training, tri-athletes, etc.).

Swim Team
Tune-Up: This course is a short program consisting of only
three classes. Its primary goal is to help students refine,
remember and redevelop strokes.

Adult
Lessons: This course is for all adults who have the desire to
learn to swim in a private non-threatening manner. There is a high
concentration on survival skills taught during this course.
